Have you been cleared by your obstetrician to return to exercise after the birth of your baby? While your workouts may need to be adjusted after bub’s arrival, your style definitely doesn’t need to be compromised!
We teamed up with our friend Kimmy Smith from Fit Mummy Project to test out some of The Essentials Collection from our vendor Hello Monday Active. We can’t wait to have Hello Monday at our Melbourne and Sydney fairs, where you can try out their gorgeous activewear for yourselves. All their pieces are super stylish while also being functional and comfortable for breastfeeding mamas.
If you’re looking for expert guidance in your postnatal fitness journey, then you’ll love Kimmy Smith’s Fit Mummy Project. Her brand new app features over 35 fitness, strength and barre workout videos that you can do anywhere, and the best news is they’re only 15 minutes each so you can easily squeeze them in during naps!
We joined Kimmy at Bronte Beach for a workout with the Bugaboo Runner. This jogging stroller is perfect for active parents. It has a large under seat basket for all your workout essentials and it’s compatible with most Bugaboo accessories. We paired it with the footmuff to keep bub toasty warm during early morning runs.
If you already own a Bugaboo then you may be able to use your existing seat on the Bugaboo Runner chassis. Or, you can get the whole package with the Bugaboo Runner complete, which includes its own seat.
