we want you to love every item you purchase from hello monday. however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your new kit, simply follow the instructions below so we can help you get hold of the perfect item.
conditions for returns & exchanges
there are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a full-priced item with hello monday:
- item(s) must be returned within 20 days of purchase along with the tax invoice emailed to you upon order
- original hello monday tags and packaging must remain attached
- item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unsoiled.
please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. so please choose carefully!
to make it happen:
- email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a reference number for your return
- complete the returns form (download here)
- send your unworn hello monday product/s and completed returns form to:

upon receipt of the returned items, we will process the exchange or refund and let you know when it's all sorted.
note: all postage costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend you use a registered / traceable postage method.
