we want you to love every item you purchase from hello monday. however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your new kit, simply follow the instructions below so we can help you get hold of the perfect item.

conditions for returns & exchanges

there are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a full-priced item with hello monday:

  1. item(s) must be returned within 20 days of purchase along with the tax invoice emailed to you upon order
  2. original hello monday tags and packaging must remain attached
  3. item(s) must be in original condition, unworn and unsoiled.

please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. so please choose carefully!

to make it happen: 

  1. email us at hellomonday_active@outlook.com and we will provide you with a reference number for your return
  2. complete the returns form (download here)
  3. send your unworn hello monday product/s and completed returns form to:

upon receipt of the returned items, we will process the exchange or refund and let you know when it's all sorted. 

note: all postage costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer. we recommend you use a registered / traceable postage method.
